Course Enrollment and Payment

Course enrollment is subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 14+ days before course start receive full refund. 7-13 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. We reserve the right to cancel courses; full refunds will be provided in such cases.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of Blooming Glade and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove students who violate our code of conduct without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Blooming Glade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
